I'm surprised no one's mentioned this as an idea yet ... but even though there's little doubt remaining on Fret *not* being a scammer ... there is one easy way to see whether or not Fret's chat log was altered or not.
Fret can take a screenshot of the capture/chatlogs folder when in "details" view mode, with the relevent logs highlighted, and the window large enough so that we can see when the log file was last changed. If it's got the time and date of when that convo actually ended, fret's definately in the clear. If it's not, that file has been tampered with :)
Have to say though, i did initially believe BIG's story following torn's posting spree ... but the more i look at the wideshot of tion's wallet, the more i'm convinced it's a fake.

True, it would be easily fake-able i guess (in reference to my idea in my last post)
Hadn't thought it through thoroughly to be honest ... not been awake long :)

You can't alter a chat log saved on the HDD already from within eve, and also, any logs generated would be saved on the computer of the one who logged in, not the one who owns the account.
